Detective Donnie Moses of the Baltimore City PoliceDepartment is more than just the Public Affairs specialist, he is also in charge of the media relations for the department as well. He started out as a undercover narcotics officer in1996 , and then he was asked to be incharge of the media projects. Det. Moses has a B.S degree in Mass Communcations  and Public Relations.

Det. Moses was the only spokesperson for a while. He now has a partner who helps with editing all the video for the department.

During theses past few weeks it has really been busy for Moses,how he juggles it? He’s glad to have his help with all needs to be done in such short time.

“Right now I’m working on the video that we did in Target called Shop-with- a Cop, along with that I working on gathering a list composed of poeple that was involved in vehicle manslauter,” said Moses

Det. Moses knows is work. But its alot and he can  not always do it all by is self. He partner Gino Inocentes is the video editing analysis. He works on all the editing, and he gets it all finished in a suitable time. He has to take “gasps” of air sometimes due to the work load, but he gets through it , said Esperrez.

This is just everyday normalality. Not only do they work on editing video they sometimes are in their videos.Soon to come this upcoming Thursday Moses will be up in a helicopter photographing The Maryland Science Center. Starting out as an undercover officer,it’s hard to believe that Det. Moses is in charge of the media too.

Once someone finds out your other capabilities and knowledge to something, you better believe that you will be asked to help out in other departments said Det. Moses, as well as photography.
