According to Diggs it’s been like this since he was a freshman. Diggs never realized it because he used to get dropped off daily. Now he deals with the frustration.

Diggs has no parking pass and rides in circles after being stuck in traffic before he finds a space.

Diggs also normally goes through this frustration when he comes to class on Tuesday. The most difficult part of coming to campus although it’s a lovely institution is when there’s no where to park.
